Whether selecting our full-service plans or a la carte, our sellers and buyers enjoy having the choices they deserve while receiving the representation and expertise they need to succeed.
Custom Concierge Realty meets the extended demands of our higher-profile clientele by providing estate management services to a limited client base. Our estate clients do not have to be selling or buying to enjoy these trusted and confidential services. These services are fully customizable and negotiable, including estate oversight while owners are away, vendor organization and oversight, estate preparation for owners' returns, and more.
Like everything else at Custom Concierge Realty, payment types are flexible. For those listing and buying real estate, payments will be made at closing. If selecting a la carte or estate management services, payments can be made via bank wires or online payment apps. Some situations regarding a combination of commission and fee-for-service can be paid at the time of closing. We prefer not to accept credit card payments.
